My Reflections

Hello everyone! my group for the fair is composed by Alberto, Arthuro, Arianna, Maria Gabriela, Florelvys and I, the product that we chose is the chesse, we went to alberto´s farm to do the experiments, there, we extracted milk from a cow, then we mixed up with a chimical product called rennet, then we separate the milk with rennet in nine pots, then we put three of them, one with little rennet, another with more rennet and the last one with much rennet in high temperatures, then we did the same thing with the other six pots but in different temperatures, then we got the final result, and we got the chesse. It was a pretty good experience because we had a very fun time when we extracted the milk and when we did the experiments, also we did a very good job working in group.

Introducing Myself

Hello everyone my name is Alejandra Salazar and I am making this post for you to know a bit of me, I was born in lecheria,I have 14 years old, my mom is Maria Teresa but everyone call her Maite she is a very happy person, my dad is Jesus his a doctor and he is such a lovely father, I have a older sister called Andrea, she is living in caracas so I don´t see her a lot, she is like my best friend I can always trust her , my favorite color is green, my favorite thing is listen music, I live in Lecheria with my mom, my dad and my two dogs, both are german shepherd. I study 9th grade at Don Bosco school..

The picture that I chose was taken the last year in Barlake, Canada it is like a forest and I was camping there, before the picture were taked I was roasting marshmallows in a bonfire with my friends from Russia, Brazil, Korea, Mexico, Kazakhstan and Venezuela. In the photo I was with some friends from Brazil, Russia and Caracas. I chose this picture because it was one of greatest trip that I ever had because I shared with people for other countries and I knew diferent cultures, languages, and we all became good friends.
